By accessing or using Breadcrumbz ("the Service"), operated at breadcrumbz.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Breadcrumbz provides online educational content for UK university admissions test preparation (TMUA and ESAT), including video lessons, an adaptive practice engine, diagnostic tools, and optional tutoring bookings.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

• Course access is granted upon successful payment processed through Dodo Payments.
• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.
• Once purchased, course access is granted to your account indefinitely (subject to the Service remaining operational).

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us at breadcrumbzstuff@gmail.com within 14 days to request a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Unauthenticated visitors may access a limited number of free practice questions. This free trial is provided at our discretion and may be modified or removed at any time.

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or publicly share course content (videos, questions, explanations) without our written permission.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape content or interact with the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or other users' experience.

All content on Breadcrumbz — including course materials, videos, questions, explanations, branding, and design — is owned by us or licensed to us. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use purchased content for your own educational purposes only.

• Breadcrumbz is not affiliated with any university, admissions board, or test provider (including Cambridge Assessment, Imperial College London, or any other institution).
• We do not guarantee any specific test result, score, or university admission outcome. Our materials are designed to support your preparation but success depends on many factors beyond our control.
• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breadcrumbz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Breadcrumbz after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
